Questions and Answers

Q1: What is included with the TMS6SG kit?

A1: The kit includes a pair of 6.5″ 2‑way full‑range coaxial speakers, two speaker grilles, and all necessary mounting hardware and connectors for direct drop‑in installation.

Q2: Is this speaker kit suitable for motorcycle / outdoor use?

A2: Yes  the speakers are built under the “Element Ready™” design: their carbon‑fiber reinforced polypropylene cone, Santoprene VAST surround, and a Santoprene front‑isolation spider make them resistant to water, dust, UV, vibration, and other harsh conditions typical of motorcycle use.

Q3: What are the power handling and technical specifications?

A3: Each speaker handles 75 W RMS / 150 W peak, has an impedance of 4 Ω, and provides a frequency response from 56 Hz to 20,000 Hz. Sensitivity is around 91 dB (1 W / 1 m).

Q4: Will I need to modify my bike to install these?

A4: No  TMS6SG is designed to directly replace the stock fairing speakers on compatible Harley Electra Glide / Street Glide models (1998–2013) using original mounting hardware and connectors. No cutting or custom fabrication is required.

Q5: What kind of sound improvement can I expect compared to stock speakers?

A5: Expect fuller, richer audio  deeper lows, better mids, clearer highs — with enough power and sensitivity to remain clear even at highway speeds. Sound is more dynamic and balanced, making a big difference compared to typical stock fairing speakers.
