Sundown Audio SML-12 D2
The Sundown Audio SML-12 D2 is a 12-inch shallow-mount subwoofer designed to deliver deep, controlled bass in compact installations where full-depth subs cannot fit. The dual 2-ohm voice coil (D2) configuration allows flexible wiring to 1 Ω or 4 Ω, making it compatible with a variety of amplifiers. Built with Sundown’s shallow-series technology, it features a vented magnetic gap, vented pole piece, high-temperature copper voice coil, stitched “Mini-XL” tinsel leads, and reinforced suspension, ensuring reliable performance and strong low-end output even in small sealed or stealth enclosures. Ideal for behind-seat, under-seat, or other tight-fit custom installations.
