The Pioneer MVH‑S310BT/B is a single‑DIN digital media receiver designed for modern audio installations. It features built‑in Bluetooth® for hands‑free calling and wireless audio streaming, a front USB port (1.5 A charging capable) supporting playback of MP3, WMA, AAC, WAV and FLAC files, dual pairs of 4‑volt RCA pre‑out (front/rear plus sub) for system expansion, a 13‑band graphic equaliser (expandable to 31 bands via the Smart Sync® app), high‑ and low‑pass crossover filters, and MIXTRAX® DJ‑style playback effects.

Since the MVH-S310BT does not play back any kind of video, the Smart Sync app transforms a compatible, paired smartphone into a touchscreen receiver display! The MVH-S310BT also has 2 sets of RCA preamp outputs and a full-featured 13 band EQ for the premium sound quality expected from Pioneer. Installing this mechless car stereo head unit in a wide variety of applications is easier than ever because the chassis’ depth is less than 4 in.

MIXTRAX takes the music from an iPhone, iPod, USB device, or certain Android devices and plays it back with added transitions and effects, creating a virtual DJ inside the Pioneer receiver. MIXTRAX makes automatic remixing of tracks extra-quick and easy. Simply connect your USB-compatible device and listen as tracks are joined by various random sound effects in non-stop-mix play to keep the groove going in full swing. Siri listens through the receiver’s external microphone and answers your questions and requests over the vehicle’s speakers, helping you keep your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel.

Time alignment

This feature allows for delay time and synchronizing from each speaker to be adjusted to correct any phase mismatches in the sound resulting from the listening position. No need for any acoustics degree to do the job, simply measure the distance between your listening position and the speakers, then enter these measurements into the Pioneer receiver.
