Questions and Answers

Q1: What size is the TS‑X150?
A1: It is approximately 13 cm (5¼″) in diameter for the woofer and is designed as a surface‑mount (shelf) style speaker.
Q2: What are the power handling specifications?
A2: It handles 20 W nominal (RMS) and up to 60 W maximum input power.
Q3: What is the frequency response and sensitivity?
A3: Frequency response is approximately 75 Hz to 20 000 Hz, and sensitivity is about 89 dB (1 W/1 m).
Q4: What driver materials and configuration does it use?
A4: It features an IMPP™ composite‑cone woofer, along with a horn‑midrange (≈27 mm) and horn‑tweeter (≈19 mm) to cover mid/high frequencies.
Q5: Is the TS‑X150 suitable for installing in a car in Pakistan (Karachi)?

A5: It can be used, particularly for custom shelf or rear‑deck mounting. However:

  • It may not fit standard door speaker cut‑outs without modification because it is surface‑mount style.

  • Because of the lower power rating (20 W nominal), you’ll want to pair it with a clean head‑unit or amplifier to avoid distortion.

  • Check availability locally and ensure wiring and mounting hardware are suitable for your vehicle.
