Sundown Audio SML-8 D2
The Sundown Audio SML-8 D2 is an 8″ shallow-mount subwoofer designed for tight-space installations while still delivering deep, controlled, and powerful bass. As part of the SML Series, it offers a shallower profile than the SLD line without sacrificing excursion, using a rugged motor with a vented magnetic gap and pole piece for strong cooling. The D2 version features a dual 2-ohm voice coil for flexible wiring options, and its high-temperature 4-layer copper coil, stitched “Mini-XL” tinsel leads, and reinforced suspension allow it to perform reliably in compact sealed enclosures, making it ideal for under-seat boxes or stealth bass setups.
