This small and efficient amplifier can be installed with an aftermarket or factory head unit while adding up to 600 watts of D.P.P. power. Its weather resistance makes the KTA-30MW suitable for exposed installations like side-by-sides, boats, open-top vehicles, and motorcycle saddlebags.
DYNAMIC PEAK POWER
The KTA-30MW features Alpine’s exclusive Dynamic Peak Power (D.P.P.) technology which intelligently adjusts the gain to automatically adapt to musical needs. D.P.P. prevents the amplifier from clipping music signals by supplying up to double the power to support power-hungry, rhythmic peaks like snare drums, trumpets, or high-hat cymbals. During these dynamic passages, D.P.P. instantly delivers bursts of power and quickly rolls back down to maintain efficiency.
