The Pioneer FH‑S722BS is a double‑DIN CD receiver that combines classic media playback with modern connectivity. It features a slot for CD/CD‑RW playback, USB and AUX inputs, built‑in Bluetooth® for hands‑free calls and wireless music streaming, and compatibility with the Pioneer Smart Sync® app for smartphone integration and voice commands. On the audio side, it offers extensive expandability: six pre‑amp outputs (4 volt) for front, rear and subwoofer channels, built‑in MOSFET amplification, a 13‑band graphic equaliser (expandable to 31 bands via the app), high/low‑pass crossovers and customisable illumination with over 210,000 colours.

The receiver has a built-in amplifier with three RCA pre-outs at 4V each. It features a 13-band customizable graphic equalizer, expanding to 31 bands when using Pioneer Smart Sync. The crossover network can operate in Standard Mode or Network Mode. Additional features include Bluetooth®, USB direct control for iPhone®, and SiriusXM readiness.
