Using a titanium tweeter and tough polypropylene cone, the E-Series drivers use a damped titanium tweeter for smooth response, without the harshness of most metal drivers. An ultra smooth sounding polypropylene cone is mated to the cone with a rubber surround, helping to provide extremely linear excursion. A rubber sealing ring was added to the tweeter stalk, preventing dust and moisture from interfering with motor movement.  The steel frame is custom tooled and vented for outstanding thermal control, so you can play it long and play it loud!
