Sundown Audio SML-10 D2
The Sundown Audio SML-10 D2 is a 10-inch shallow-mount subwoofer engineered to deliver deep, accurate bass in tight installation areas where full-depth subwoofers cannot fit. The dual 2-ohm voice coil (D2) configuration allows wiring at 1 Ω or 4 Ω, making it ideal for maximizing power from modern mono amplifiers. Built with Sundown’s reliable shallow-series technology, it features a vented magnetic gap and pole piece for efficient cooling, a high-temperature copper voice coil, stitched “Mini-XL” tinsel leads, and a reinforced suspension system to maintain output and durability even in small sealed boxes. The SML-10 D2 is perfect for under-seat, behind-seat, or any compact stealth enclosure where space is limited but strong bass is required.
