The Pioneer TS‑G520 is a 5¼‑inch (≈13 cm) 2‑way coaxial speaker pair from the G‑Series, designed for upgrading factory door or rear deck speakers while maintaining compact fitment. It supports up to 250 W peak power and 35 W RMS (continuous) rating.It features a mica‑reinforced IMPP™ (Injection Molded Polypropylene) woofer cone with a rubber‑coated cloth surround for durability and clarity, and a 1‑3/16″ PET balanced‑dome tweeter for crisp high‑frequency detail. The sensitivity is rated at 88 dB (1 W/1m), impedance 4 ohms, and a frequency response range of 33 Hz to 24 kHz. The shallow mounting depth (~1¾″ / 44 mm) enables fitment in many vehicles with limited space.

The Progressive Flex Suspension System (P.F.S.S.) supports the voice coil by damping cone vibrations and improving sound linearity.
