The Sundown Audio SD-4 10″ D2 v.4 is a compact, high-performance subwoofer designed to deliver tight, accurate bass in limited-space installations. The dual 2-ohm voice coil (D2) configuration allows flexible wiring to 1 Ω or 4 Ω, making it an excellent match for modern mono amplifiers. As part of Sundown’s 4th-generation SD-4 Series, it features a lightweight neodymium motor, high-temperature multi-layer copper voice coil, a large aluminum Faraday ring to reduce distortion, stitched tinsel leads, and a computer-optimized foam “W” surround. Optimized for sealed enclosures, the SD-4 10″ D2 v.4 delivers clean, controlled low-frequency performance with excellent efficiency and long-term reliability in compact installs.
