The Sundown Audio SD-2 10 D4 is a 10-inch subwoofer designed to deliver deep, clean, and high-output bass for car audio enthusiasts. The dual 4-ohm voice coil (D4) configuration offers flexible wiring options (2 Ω or 8 Ω) to match a wide range of amplifiers. Engineered with a vented magnetic gap, vented pole piece, high-temperature copper voice coil, stitched “Mini-XL” tinsel leads, and a reinforced suspension system, the SD-2 10 D4 combines reliable performance with excellent thermal handling. Ideal for ported or sealed enclosures, it is perfect for under-seat, behind-seat, or custom stealth installations where strong, controlled low-end is required.

About The Product
Sundown’s highest-power slim subwoofers, the SLD takes incredibly high volume by introducing numerous important upgrades: pole-piece channels for reduced air noise & increased cooling, top-plate “slits” for better cooling and less distortion, and a magnet shorting ring. Sundown also bolted down the spider, bolted the motor together, bolted on the aluminum pole cap, and added “mini-XL” lead wires for years of flawless service.
