Memphis PRXS57
The PRXS57 is a 5″ × 7″ shallow-mount, 2-way coaxial speaker from Memphis’s Power Reference (PRX) line, designed specifically to fit in tight factory locations (like Chrysler, Toyota, and Dodge) where depth is limited. It features a graphite-reinforced polypropylene cone for warm, accurate mid-bass, a butyl rubber surround for durability, and a 1″ PEI (polyetherimide) dome multi-direction pivot tweeter to improve high-frequency imaging. The speaker handles 40 W RMS and 80 W peak power per unit, has a sensitivity of 88 dB, and operates at 2 Ω impedance. Its top-mount depth is just 2.05″, making it ideal for shallow-mount applications.
