The Pioneer DEH‑S7200BHS is a single‑DIN CD receiver designed for serious audio upgrade projects, offering built‑in Bluetooth® for hands‑free calling and wireless music streaming, HD Radio™ tuner, and compatibility with the Pioneer Smart Sync® app (including voice control via Amazon Alexa®) for smartphone integration. It supports CD/CD‑RW, USB and AUX inputs with playback of FLAC and WAV files, features 6‑channel 4‑volt pre‑amp outputs for full system expansion, a built‑in MOSFET amplifier (up to 50 W × 4 peak) and advanced audio controls like a 13‑band graphic EQ, digital time alignment and selectable crossover networks for front, rear and subwoofers.

The DEH-S7200BHS Single DIN CD receiver offers smartphone integration, Bluetooth®, HD Radio™, SiriusXM options, and more. Equipped with Pioneer Smart Sync, this receiver, when paired with your smartphone, brings together navigation apps, messages, music, and other features through a user-friendly interface that enhances your vehicle’s capabilities. Enjoy your CDs or FLAC files from a USB thumb drive, or stream audio from your phone via Bluetooth®. It has a 13-band customizable graphic equalizer, which increases to 31 bands when using Pioneer Smart Sync. The crossover network can operate in either Standard Mode or Network Mode.

Pioneer Smart Sync

Pioneer Smart Sync is a highly evolved app, available for both iOS and Android OS, that utilizes the power of a connected smartphone to expand the features and user interface of compatible Pioneer in-dash receivers. With support for either a Bluetooth® or USB connection, the link between your smartphone and the in-dash receiver can be either wired or wireless. Through Pioneer Smart Sync, you can access many popular apps for maps, messages, music, connect to an OBDII module (sold separately), and more.

Pioneer Smart Sync now features Amazon Alexa Built-in. Just download or update the latest version of the Pioneer Smart Sync app and the Alexa app. Using Alexa with Pioneer Smart Sync is simple: tap-and-ask to play music, hear the news, check weather, control smart home devices, and more. Alexa lives in the cloud, continually adding new capabilities automatically.

Pioneer Smart Sync is also a powerful wireless remote control, allowing you to tune sound via the app’s touchscreen interface and save those settings directly on your smartphone.

Smartphone Control

Access music on your smartphone directly from the Pioneer receiver. Search for Artists, Albums, and Songs using Pioneer’s intuitive interface. The receiver also allows you to access and control select music and radio apps on your smartphone.

Bluetooth

Hands-free phone calls are simple with the included external microphone. Stream music, podcasts, audiobooks, and more from your compatible phone or other Bluetooth® devices.

Siri® Eyes Free

Siri listens through the receiver’s external microphone and answers questions and requests over the vehicle’s speakers, helping you keep your eyes on the road and hands on the wheel.

HD Radio

The receiver features a built-in HD Radio™ tuner, which broadcasts clear digital quality sound and provides extra local FM channels at no subscription cost. FM stations are near CD-quality on single-channel broadcasts, AM stations are now stereo, and reception is crystal-clear with no audio distortion. You can also see song titles, album art, and station info and tag new discoveries.

SiriusXM Ready

Your favorite stations are available wherever you go. The DEH-S7200BHS is SiriusXM-Ready®, compatible with the SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner (SXV300 sold separately; subscription required). Over 140 channels are available, including commercial-free music, sports, news, comedy, and more.

USB Auto Switch

The USB Auto Switch feature lets the listener choose whether the phone is used as a source or just charges when connected via USB.

Wired Remote Input

This receiver integrates an input for a third-party interface (optional), allowing you to retain key functions from steering wheel controls.

Pioneer Advanced Sound Retriever

Hear more detail, warmth, and clarity even from compressed audio files. ASR enhances playback of compressed files like MP3s by counteracting compression effects for a more natural sound.

Flexible Audio Output Management

The Pioneer Standard (2-Way) / Network (3-Way) function allows dividing audio signals into different frequency bands. Adjust low-pass, high-pass, and band-pass filters, as well as level, phase, and other parameters to match each speaker’s characteristics. Select STD for a Sub/Rear/Front setup or NTW for a Low/Mid/High setup.

Audio Equalizer

The 13-band equalizer allows detailed acoustic adjustments. Multiple EQ presets make it easy for even beginner users to optimize sound to match car interior acoustics and speaker characteristics.

Time Alignment

Adjust delay time and synchronize speakers to correct phase mismatches from the listening position. Simply measure the distance between listening position and speakers, then enter into the receiver.

MIXTRAX

Keep the party going with MIXTRAX®, which creates a non-stop mix of your music library with DJ-inspired effects. MIXTRAX takes music from iPhone, iPod, USB device, or certain Android devices and adds transitions and effects, creating a virtual DJ experience.

MIXTRAX also features club-style illumination, with lights pulsing to the beat of the music. Multiple patterns of lighting variations can be selected based on sound pressure level or low-pass synchronization modes.
