Not every sound system will utilize all the features of the AX-DSP, so we’ve created a “Lite” version to provide just the essentials, while still
providing Axxess’s cutting-edge technology to retain vehicle functions. Installers can use the AX-DSP-LITE with OEM or aftermarket radios
to take six channels of digital audio and convert it to six channels of analog signal for use with an aftermarket amplifier or DSP. While this
may be a “Lite” version, it still provides retention of many important vehicle functions. The AX-DSP-LITE features chime control1
, retains OEM
voice prompts2
and sonar sensors3
, and has clipping detection and limiting circuits. There are six inputs and six outputs, including front, rear
and subwoofer, and the front and rear outputs can be delayed independently up to 10ms. Unlike the AX-DSP, settings are adjusted through a
Windows PC. Optional add-on accessories will include a TOSLINK®
output and Bluetooth®
streaming input.
