The Sundown Audio SD-4 10″ D4 v.4 is a compact yet powerful subwoofer engineered for tight installations that demand clean, accurate, and responsive bass. The dual 4-ohm voice coil (D4) configuration allows flexible wiring to 2 Ω or 8 Ω, making it compatible with a wide range of amplifiers. As part of Sundown’s 4th-generation SD-4 Series, this model features a lightweight neodymium motor, high-temperature multi-layer copper voice coil, large aluminum Faraday ring for reduced distortion, stitched tinsel leads, and a computer-optimized foam “W” surround. Optimized for sealed enclosures, the SD-4 10″ D4 v.4 delivers tight, controlled low-end performance with excellent efficiency and reliability in compact spaces.
